For many Coolhurst squash members, membership renewal is due on 1 October 2026. Renewal invoices have been added to booking accounts from 15 September and reflect each member’s category, including any age-related changes.
Check your payment details
- If you have a payment card registered: your renewal will be collected automatically on 1 October.
- If you do not have a card registered: log into the invoice section of your booking account and settle your renewal invoice by 1 October.
- To register a card for future renewals, open your account’s profile page and scroll down to Register Card.
If your renewal remains unpaid, you will not be able to book courts. If you find you cannot book on 1 October, please check your invoice and payment details.
Not everyone renews in October
Members who joined since 2021 may have a different renewal date. Check the membership section of your booking account if you are unsure. If you do not wish to renew, please let the membership team know as soon as possible at membership@coolhurst.co.uk.
England Squash affiliation
The club encourages members to join England Squash and will credit your booking account with £15 when you provide your paid membership receipt. The £15 credit also applies if you choose Play Plus membership. Contact the membership team to arrange your credit.

Bringing a visitor
Squash members receive four free visitor passes for the season. Further visits cost £6 each, payable when booking. Always select Visitor as your opponent when playing a non-member; failing to do so incurs a £20 unauthorised visitor fee.
